1. Service Availability

1. We currently accept and deliver orders only to selected locations in Patna and Hajipur, Bihar.

2. Service availability for your specific locality will be confirmed via email after order placement.

3. If your locality is not serviceable, your order may be cancelled, and any prepaid amount (if applicable) will be refunded.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

1. Orders must be placed at least one (1) day in advance.

2. All orders are subject to confirmation based on:

   • Delivery feasibility in your locality

   • Product availability

   • Operational constraints

3. You will receive a confirmation email upon final acceptance of your order. An order is considered accepted only after this confirmation.

3. Product Information

1. Gaubandhu Organic Dairy provides all-natural, non-adulterated dairy products, including but not limited to:

   • Raw milk delivered in glass bottles

   • Fresh curd prepared in contamination-free clay pots

2. While we strive for accuracy in product details, descriptions and images on the Website are for representation purposes only.

3. All dairy products are perishable and should be stored as recommended.

4. Pricing & Payment

1. Prices displayed on the Website are in INR and may change without prior notice.

2. Payment must be made through the available options at checkout.

3. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

5. Delivery Terms

1. Deliveries are made only to confirmed serviceable locations in Patna and Hajipur.

2. Delivery timings may vary based on route, weather, availability, and operational factors.

3. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the product at the delivery address.

4. Since products are perishable, failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Orders may be cancelled by the Customer up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

2. Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

3. If Gaubandhu Organic Dairy cancels an order (e.g., due to unserviceable location or operational issues), a full refund will be processed.

4. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Replacement Policy

1. Due to the nature of fresh dairy products, we do not accept returns.

2. Replacements will be provided only if:

   • The product is found damaged upon delivery, and

   • The Customer reports it within 1 hour of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. Decisions regarding replacement are at the sole discretion of Gaubandhu Organic Dairy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

1. Provide accurate personal and address information.

2. Ensure safe receipt of products at the delivery location.

3. Store dairy products appropriately after delivery.

4. Not misuse the Website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Website—including logos, trademarks, product descriptions, and images—is the property of Gaubandhu Organic Dairy.

2. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. While we take utmost care in providing natural, contamination-free products, Gaubandhu Organic Dairy is not liable for:

   • Improper handling or storage by the Customer

   • Allergic reactions or dietary issues

   • Delays due to factors beyond our control

2. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Gaubandhu Organic Dairy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
